The open houses are designed to provide maximum information to parents and students alike. They are usually well worth the trip.

Students also get an excused day to do a job shadow. Job shadows allow students to spend time with someone who is doing the job the student would like to have in the future. I'll make the arrangement once I have parent permission and student direction. It is an excellent way to save money! Sometimes students discover the job is not what it was thought to be.
